MAISON MARC-ANTOINE BARROIS WINS THE HAUTE PARFUMERIE BRAND AWARD 2025

Cosmétiquemag has awarded Maison Marc-Antoine Barrois the Haute Parfumerie Brand Award during the 2025 Editorial Prize night.
This distinction recognizes a Maison that has established a personal, coherent, and instantly recognizable olfactory signature within the world of niche perfumery.

Beyond the fragrances themselves, the award celebrates a global vision of haute perfumery as a total art form, where scent interacts with design, boutique architecture, immersive experiences, and a close, emotional relationship with the public.

MISSION ALDEBARAN: WHEN FRAGRANCE BECOMES AN EXPERIENCE

Among the projects that embody this vision, the immersive installation MISSION ALDEBARAN, unveiled at Milan Design Week, is particularly emblematic. Conceived by Marc-Antoine Barrois and artist Antoine Bouillot, this sensory journey led visitors through a “forest” of hundreds of thousands of black cords, inviting them to let go of sight and rely instead on smell, touch, and sound.

THE SIGNATURE OF A CREATIVE DUO

At the heart of this recognition lies the creative duo of Marc-Antoine Barrois and Quentin Bisch. Together, they build an author-driven fragrance collection that does not chase trends but instead tells stories through scent.

The Haute Parfumerie Brand Award confirms Maison Marc-Antoine Barrois as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary haute perfumery and encourages the House to continue on this path: exacting, emotional, and deeply artistic perfumery.
